Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dishongh Tack Boutique

.All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the high volume of packages that are being shipped around the world everyday. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Dishongh Tack Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have a problem with your purchase(s) please contact us within 4 business days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom Orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Dishongh Tack Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service like USPS Priority Mail. We can't be responsible for items lost in transport.
